Cara Ludwig

StillPoint co-founder Cara Ludwig began exploring different healing modalities in 2014 as a way to support her health and wellness while navigating the stresses of a demanding career. She was deeply impacted and forever changed by her personal experience with CranioSacral Therapy, which she describes as having brought her back home to herself. This ignited a deep desire to support others in doing the same. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, Cara began her foundational training with the Upledger Institute in 2021, and graduated with distinction from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapist program in January 2022. Since then, Cara has continued to deepen her skills to include SomatoEmotional Release and CranioSacral Therapy for Pediatrics.⁣

Cara wholeheartedly feels that human touch is physically, emotionally, and spiritually healing, and believes in providing a safe, restorative, and empowering space for her clients. Using CranioSacral Therapy, she tailors treatment to the unique needs of the individual or family, providing them with a safe place to land wherever they may be on their healing journey.
