Cara began exploring different healing modalities in 2014 as a way to support her health and wellness while navigating the stresses of a demanding career. She was deeply impacted by these experiences, and after spending over a decade in the corporate world, Cara graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour program in January 2022. Having been profoundly changed by her personal experiences with CranioSacral Therapy, Cara began her training with the Upledger Institute in 2021. ⁣ ⁣ Cara wholeheartedly feels that human touch can be emotionally and physically healing, and believes in providing a supportive, restorative, and empowering space for her clients. Using a variety of techniques tailored to the needs of the individual, she works to support her clients on their healing journey, while also providing an opportunity to rest and recharge. These techniques include massage therapy (therapeutic orthopaedic massage, relaxation and deep tissue massage, myofascial therapy, trigger point release, and joint mobilization), CranioSacral Therapy, dynamic cupping, and reiki.⁣
